Escape from the West End crowds to elegant Mayfair and the quiet courtyard of Hush a haven from the hectic pace of central London. Taking advantage of its team of award winning Mixologists Hush has created the quirky Hendrick’s High Tea in partnership with Hendrick's Gin serving a classic High Tea menu alongside a selection of innovative cocktails to complement the cucumber and rose petal essences of the “most unusual” Hendrick’s Gin. The cocktail menu also features a selection of Molecular Cocktails which involve a little bit of scientific wizardry to create the likes of cinnamon "caviar " and edible lavender perfume. These floral flavours are also evident in the High Tea menu itself so expect to see Scones with Rose Petal or Gooseberry & Elderflower Jam Rose Scented Macaroons and Winter Rose and flowering Jasmine Lotus teas served with classic finger sandwiches. The tea is served in the intimate surroundings of Hush’s Silver Room where the shimmering airy surroundings perfectly complement this elegant tea. Your experience also includes a one hour High Tea Cocktail Master Class so that you can learn how to make these unusual creations at home.
