An example of a typical route departing from Wellesbourne Airfield takes you south towards the Cotswold hills, passing near to the old wartime airfield of Long Marston, where the runways can still clearly be seen. With the Cotswold hills rising in the distance, the flight takes us to Moreton-in-Marsh, where you will circle over the main town with it`s honey coloured buildings and church spires. Turning towards Chipping Campden and Broadway village, you will reach Broadway Tower - The Highest Little Castle in the Cotswolds, situated at 1000 feet above sea level. You`ll circle the tower and catch sight of beautiful Broadway village in the valley beyond, before turning back via the now familiar Long Marston and landing back at Wellesbourne. The flights are usually restricted to a maximum of about 3 passengers per flight, and flights operate on selected dates throughout the year, subject to weather conditions.
